Watch him flail.. James Arnold Allen, Ada, Ok Mentally Incompetent, Criminal CEO of Companies.. Stolen Valor..

After receiving feedback from some locals, I now realize the severity of James Arnold Allen's Stolen Valor claims. I am still waiting for the updated FOIA requests to come back, but what I have so far is worse than I thought, think Federal Misdemeanor Stolen Valor (financial gain). We may be able to formally add "Conman" and "Fraud" to James' many titles. More on that soon...

Meanwhile, Criminal James Arnold Allen has been filing more crazy paperwork with the Pontotoc Court. It seems James doesn't realize or acknowledge that he's been deemed MENTALLY DEFECTIVE. Therefore nobody will respond to such nonsense, especially when his filings do not adhere to rules and procedure, even basic Pro-forma in a casual setting like the family court system. 

But I am glad to see they're charging him filing costs now.

The below is from James' very own filing. It is amusing to see in his own admission that police are implying he's making false statements and asserting himself as a licensed counselor, and then he starts backpedaling in denial.


This bodycam footage will be FOIAed. It sounds like I need to make another record request at Ada PD and maybe help fill in some of the gaps in their investigation. Thanks for the lead, Psycho!

I see many good things coming from James' ramblings. There is the self-incrimination factor, which is priceless on its own. Still, it also made me dig deeper and find another instance where MENTALLY DEFECTIVE James Arnold Allen was dismissed by a court for providing false police statements and reports. I guess he doesn't realize this is all public record -- his arrests, false statements, psychological profile, and police reports -- it's all out there for anyone and everyone to see. I've requested his 11/2012 dismissal in PO-2012-00172.

Oh, one last thing... "20-year concealment" of a child -- if read correctly -- implies this kid is over the age of 20 and has been able to seek out James Arnold Allen on his own for several years. Which is more likely, that he's held in a dungeon somewhere, forever kidnapped, or that kiddo searched MENTALLY DEFECTIVE James Arnold Allen on the internet and decided to have nothing to do with him after reading his lies, rants, accusations, e.g., the batpoop? Reality can be such a bitch.
