We all know Jimmy was never a Soldier.. A soldier in the US Army graduates BCT and AIT, or OSUT regardless of component (Active or Reserve).
James, you enlisted on a contract to serve in the Reserve with the guarantee that after AIT you would make SPC, with half of your bonus paid at your ship date and the other half paid when you completed. We have your discharge and MEPS paperwork, dude, they put your guaranteed grade at closure so you wouldn't have to pay back half the bonus, and so they wouldn't have to waste JP cycles. YOU NEVER SERVED, YOU PSYCHOTIC KOOK!
How about that RE code? That's right, they DIDN'T WANT YOU BACK because you wasted USG time, money, and that RE code will follow you around forever, along with your upcoming felonies and past DUI (your NCIC record is still there, dude). You enlisted in the Reserve, went to BCT, which technically puts you on AD through training, but you couldn't hack it and were separated after five weeks (Jan-20-2005 thru Feb-28-2005) that's not even long enough to shoot a weapon!! You're a sorry sack who steals off of false representations of his military service..
James Arnold Allen, you repeatedly lie about your service and commit STOLEN VALOR, and I've kept my promise not to let that transgression go unpunished. But Stolen Valor charges are the least of your worries, dude. It's technically not Federal Stolen Valor (18 U.S. Code § 704) unless the person uses medals and decorations in the process of committing of obtaining goods, money, and/or services. However, when you falsified your military records to tag onto that class-action lawsuit you didn't qualify for.. well.. that's when you F-ed up..
Do you see the fraud now? Where you lied and embellished your military "career" signing documents to fraudulently benefit from it? You perjured yourself MANY, MANY times over and in permanent record; it's not just Stolen Valor anymore. And there's stuff videoed in your lies to Officer Vogt, they've got you, dude. This is all coming back to you.
We gave it all to the feds. They have you dead-to-rites, and yet they found much worse that they won't share UNTIL YOUR INDICTMENT IS UNSEALED. Maybe it has something to do with unlawful brokering of all these worthless shares you keep harping about, I don't know, I don't care, I just know that you're going to FEDERAL PRISON for a bit, probably around 6mo-1year, and in your absence I'm going to have a blast with content from your trial.
